JOB DESCRIPTION

          As the Senior of Account Executives, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team to ensure timely completion of all projects. You will be responsible for maintaining the satisfaction of our existing customers by closely managing their accounts. This includes identifying their needs and effectively communicating how our company's services fulfil those needs. You will also play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with new customers. Additionally, you will be expected to create and implement comprehensive account plans to ensure customer retention.

QUALIFICATION

|    Proven experience as a senior account executive, demonstrating your expertise in managing complex accounts.

|    Exceptional negotiation and consultative sales skills to effectively address customer requirements.

|    Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate your team.

|    Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving to navigate challenges and optimize customer outcomes.

|    Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information to both internal and external stakeholders.

|    Outstanding customer service skills to deliver exceptional support and build lasting relationships with clients.
